You should contact KRS in the first instant if there are any concerns following work carried out with your vehicle. You have the legal right to a price reduction if the work wasn't done with 'reasonable care and skill'. Our mechanic will check over the work carried out and check the vehicle of any reported issues. Any concerns will be talked through and an arrangement made if further work is required.
If you are unhappy with the vehicle after the work has been carried out, you've come back and had the car checked over then you leave with the vehicle, it is assumed that you are happy with the work and have no further concerns. You have the right to return as much as you feel you need to. Our mechanic is very helpful and understanding and will explain and help wherever they can.
If you choose to take the vehicle to another garage, mechanic or take it upon yourself to 'work' on the vehicle before allowing KRS to rectify any issues you may have, then all parts and labour warranties and guarantees are null and void. Work carried out by KRS and parts supplied and fitted by KRS can only be covered by warranty or guarantee as long as no one else has interfered with the vehicle.
Our payment terms and brief terms are on all invoices are as follows:
No guarantee or warranty given or implied by KRS for customer supplied parts.
No guarantee or warranty given of implied by KRS for second hand parts.
Invoice to be paid in full within 7 days of the date above.
Parts supplied by KRS are covered the manufacturer warranty which varies depending on the part. To claim on this the customer, needs to return the vehicle and part to KRS. KRS will then contact the part supplier and arrange replacements to be supplied and fitted.
Secondhand parts and customer supplied parts are not covered by guarantee or warranty. They will be fitted at the mechanics discretion.
The cost of the vehicle repairs and work carried out by KRS are to be paid in full on collection of the vehicle. Vehicle will not be released to a customer if there is reason to believe they will not pay. Invoices are sent after work is completed by request of the customer. The terms on the invoice are for those that have an agreement with KRS to pay in full by 7, 14 or 28 days depending on the agreement made in advance.
The standard template used for our invoices are a brief description of work carried out with an overall figure for the work. This is the amount agreed prior to work being commenced on the vehicle. If a breakdown of items is needed, the customer must request this at the time of payment and this will be generated and sent within 90 days. If the customer did not request at the time of payment, but did after leaving the garage then the request may be honoured at the next available opportunity, there is no time frame on this as it is at the discretion of the administration.

A troll is Internet slang for a person who intentionally tries to instigate conflict, hostility, or arguments in an online social community. Platforms targeted by trolls can include the comment sections of social media and fake appointments with businesses like ours.
Phishing is a type of social engineering attack often used to steal user data, including login credentials and credit card numbers. It occurs when an attacker, masquerading as a trusted entity, dupes a victim into opening an email, instant message, or text message. Please be assured that KRS only has one email address and one phone number, both of which are readily available on all our correspondence.
If you do think you have received an unofficial email/message/call from KRS then stop it dead in it's tracks. Close the message/email and cancel the call. Then make a call directly to our one and only official number. That will get you through to Kye our trusted mechanic. If it wasn't genuine you'll be asked to forward details to us to be investigated.
